Do you accept credit cards?
YES! We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Tiny Planet will support PC's running Windows 2000, XP, Vista and Windows 7. We will also support Linux systems on a case-by-case basis. We also support Macintosh computers. Please note that as of January 1st 2010 we no longer support Windows 2000-based systems.
Tiny Planet will support newer Macintosh computers running OS X. We do not support older Macs running anything previous to OS X.
We typically only schedule house calls during regular business hours, between 10:00AM and 4PM, Monday through Friday. Unlike the cable company or other on-site services, we won't give you a "we'll be there some time between 9 and 1" blanket. We will schedule a firm time, and be there. If we get delayed, we will call you and offer a reschedule or a later time in the day.
Services are payable to the technician at the time of the visit. We do not offer billing service.
We can install wired networks, but they are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. All customers who qualify for wired network installation will be required to sign a waiver of liability for any damages that could occur to their property. No wired networks will be installed on rental property without the written consent of the property owner.
