Do you accept credit cards?
YES! When we come to your home or business, when we have completed work on your computer, we will take down your credit card information and process it when we return to our office.
Do you support Macintosh computers?
Tiny Planet will support newer Macintosh computers running OS 9 or 10. We do not support older Macs running anything previous to OS 9.
Can you come to my house during the evening?
We typically only schedule house calls during regular business hours, between 10:30AM and 4PM, Monday through Friday. Unlike the cable company or other on-site services, we won't give you a "we'll be there some time between 9 and 1" blanket. We will schedule a firm time, and be there. If we get delayed, we will call you and offer a reschedule or a later time in the day.
Can you bill me?
Services are payable to the technician at the time of the visit. We do not offer billing service.
Do you install wired networks?
We can install wired networks, but they are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. All customers who qualify for wired network installation will be required to sign a waiver of liability for any damages that could occur to their property. No wired networks will be installed on rental property without the written consent of the property owner.
