$49 Special Tune-up Terms and Conditions
To qualify for the $49 Special Tune-up, your computer must meet the following conditions:
1. Your computer must run Windows 2000, XP or Vista.
2. Your computer must be able to boot completely to the desktop, i.e. When the computer is done loading, all desktop icons should be visible and the computer must be in usable condition.
3. You must bring your computer into our store at 76 Rogers Street in Gloucester. The $49 Tune-up Special does not apply to house calls.
If your computer is running Windows XP and your total RAM is less than 512MB, or if your computer is running Windows Vista and your total RAM is less than 2GB, we may, at our discretion, contact you and advise you to upgrade. This is a separate charge over and above the $49.
While we strive for same-day service, due to the popularity of this offer we cannot guarantee same day service. Computers are repaired on a First-come, First-served basis. Lead times are clearly posted at the front desk. Cannot be combined with any other offer or discount.
