All of us at Tiny Planet Computer are committed to your health and safety during these unprecedented times. 

We are taking the following steps immediately to keep our doors open while still exercising an abundance of caution:

Changes Being Made In-Store

We have implemented several changes within our store for your safety. 

We are actively disinfecting all client-accessible contact areas (Registers, counter tops, door handles.

When a computer is dropped off, we will wipe down the keyboard and outer surfaces with a disinfectant.

We are encouraging the use of credit cards instead of cash to limit contact between customers and employees. 

When customers drop off a computer they will be asked to place the computer on the counter and step back behind the line we will be placing on the floor. We also ask customers maintain a "social distance" of six feet from each other to avoid any possible infection spread. 

Store policies and hour restrictions

We have stopped all on-site visits and drop-off/pick-ups.

Until further notice we will be closed on Saturday in an effort to reduce electricity and other utilities to save money.

We have posted a sign on our entrance stating if a customer isn't feeling well or has a fever to please refrain from entering. 

As well as the points mentioned above, we are also implementing a remote access system. This system is designed for people having issues that would typically require a house call, such as printer issues. Please note the following criteria must be met to qualify for a remote session:

Your computer must be running Windows 7, 8.1 or 10 (Sorry, we don't have remote access for Apple computers at this time)

You must be able to access the Internet with the affected computer. 

You must be able to follow basic instructions on how to download and run a program to allow remote access.

Your computer must be able to successfully boot to the desktop.

We are making every effort to accommodate your needs. Please note that we will make every effort to remain open barring any City, State or Government order to close or shelter in place.
